2. Extended DNC with LinkedIn Support

We’ve expanded the Do Not Contact (DNC) functionality to cover LinkedIn outreach, giving you more control over your contact exclusions across all channels.

What’s new:

  • Add LinkedIn URLs directly to your DNC list

  • Bulk import CSV files with LinkedIn URLs from the Settings page

  • Add individual contacts to DNC directly from Primebox

  • If a thread includes both email and LinkedIn, you’ll be prompted to choose whether to combine and add email + LinkedIn or domain + LinkedIn to the DNC

This update ensures your outreach stays compliant, preventing unwanted contact across both email and LinkedIn channels!

3. “Has Open Profile” Condition in Multichannel Sequences

We’ve added a new LinkedIn condition to the Multichannel Sequence Builder: Has Open Profile.

What it does:

  • Detects if a prospect has an Open Profile on LinkedIn

  • Lets you branch your sequence logic based on whether the contact can be messaged for free

  • Enables smarter outreach by identifying Premium members who accept messages from anyone

This update helps you optimize your LinkedIn engagement strategy especially for free accounts by allowing direct messaging to Open Profiles without needing a connection.

4.Cross-Forge User Sync

We’ve launched Cross-Forge User Sync to make managing teams across the Forge ecosystem smoother and more intuitive.

What’s new:

  • When a user is created or invited to any Forge under a workspace, they’re automatically added to all other Forges within that same workspace name.

  • Upon first login in the invited Forge users can switch freely between Forges, landing in the same workspace without needing a new separate invites.

  • Admins no longer need to manually invite users to each Forge one by one.

This update delivers a true ecosystem experience!
