The reply window is where deals get won
Most teams lose it right here.
If they reply and you wait, you lose.
Sending is easy now. Converting replies is where teams slip.
Most outbound teams have the sending part figured out.
The real work starts when someone replies.
Because that reply is not “a reply.”
It’s a decision moment.
The moment that decides the meeting
A prospect replies at 2 PM. The rep is in a meeting. Checks at 5 PM. The thread has cooled off.
Sometimes the prospect moves on. Sometimes someone else responds first.
Why replies slip through
Phone should make this easy.
In most inbox apps, it turns into extra steps.
Filters are missing. You cannot move contacts cleanly. You end up opening your laptop anyway. Same control as web. Now on your phone.
🚀 Mobile App Updates - Filters & Move contact
What's new:
You can now use the same filtering options on mobile, including:
Filter by Sequence
Exclude by Sequence
Filter by Mailbox
Filter by Sender Profile

Salesforge Mobile App
Additionally, we’ve introduced the ability to move a contact to another sequence directly from the mobile app, matching the functionality available on web!
The second leak shows up when you run outbound for clients
If you run outbound for clients, the experience matters as much as the results.
Clients should see one brand and one workflow from start to finish.
So we pushed an update that fixes that part of the experience.
🚀 New Feature : Multichannel + Agent Frank under your brand
We’ve extended Whitelabel support to include the new Multichannel functionality and Agent Frank, partners can now offer the full experience under their own brand.
Whitelabel now includes the complete Multichannel page with the builder, contact importing flow and sender setup. In Usage, Social Credits are now visible and consumed for LinkedIn actions.

Multichannel and Agent Frank are now fully integrated into whitelabel ecosystem!
What to say after the first reply
Replying fast helps.
Saying the right thing is what converts.
Most threads die in the first two messages because the rep has no plan for:
objections
“send info”
“not now”
“how much?”
I am doing a session with Lisa Catto (The Business Catalyst) on March 10th.
We’re going to cover what actually turns a cold reply into a booked meeting.
Real examples. Real replies. Real handling.
