2025 was busy.

2025 wasn’t about shipping more features. It was about fixing the fundamentals of outbound.

Instead of chasing shiny objects, we spent the year strengthening the system: infrastructure, data, multichannel, AI, and analytics.

đź§± Infrastructure First

Cold outreach only scales if inboxes survive. This year we launched Primeforge, added pre-warmed mailboxes, rolled out Megaforge for multi-ESP sending, and shipped placement tests, warm-up APIs, Masterbox, bulk DNS actions, and auto-renewals.

The result: fewer burned inboxes and more predictable sending.

🔀 Multichannel, Done Right

Email alone isn’t enough - but multichannel needs control.

Salesforge and Agent Frank now support true email + LinkedIn sequences with conditional logic, InMail, previews, analytics, auto-spintax, mobile Primebox support, and DNC that covers LinkedIn too.

No chaos. Just orchestration.

🔍 Better Data In, Better Results Out

We launched Leadsforge to fix sourcing properly. Waterfall enrichment, LinkedIn + phone data, lookalikes, intent signals, lead qualification, and a public API - all focused on higher ICP match and less wasted outreach.

🤖 Agent Frank, Smarter

Frank didn’t get louder. He got better. Improved AI, tech-based targeting, controlled multi-threading, re-engagement, new goals, Do’s & Don’ts, custom wait times, and lead qualification before outreach.

AI SDRs stopped being a gimmick.

📊 From Replies to Revenue

Outbound finally became measurable.

Revenue attribution, opportunity tracking, shareable analytics, faster dashboards, and better sender visibility closed the loop.

🤝 Partnerships, Upgraded

In 2025, partnerships became part of the product. We launched the Forge Experts program for trusted partners and users - giving them more visibility, closer collaboration, and direct referrals. We also expanded our whitelabel options, introducing Salesforge Whitelabel and Infraforge Whitelabel.

This year, we worked closely with partners like B2B Boosted, SalesCaptain, Growth Alliance, Outbound Pros, LFG, B2B Bandits, New Net Solutions, Cuvert Copy.

Next year, we’re even more focused on building long-term relationships with our trusted partners!

🌍 The Quiet Wins

Global onboarding, cross-product sync, Google sign-in, multiple languages, mobile Primebox, variable validation, and a Chrome Extension for LinkedIn prospecting.

Less friction. More flow.
