Sales system behind 500+ demos
How the workflow fits together
500+ demos a month. 2 reps. One system.
We did not get there by adding more reps.
We got there by building a system that takes care of lead sourcing, outreach, follow-ups, and qualification without someone doing every step by hand.
Lead sourcing has to be tight.
Outreach has to carry across channels.
The setup behind it has to hold.
And people should spend time on real conversations, not scattered workflow cleanup.
Here is what that system looks like.
1) Start with a tighter ICP
“CEO at SaaS” is not enough.
A real ICP is specific.
Role, company type, size, stage, region, and tools already in use.
The more precise this is, the cleaner everything gets after.
2) Add research and scoring
Not every contact should be treated the same.
Pull in the right context, look at real signals, and decide who is worth reaching out to first.
That is what makes the list useful.
3) Run one connected flow
Email, LinkedIn, and calls should not feel like separate motions.
They should feel like one conversation.
A simple flow could look like this:
Day 1: Personalized email
Day 3: LinkedIn connection
Day 5: follow-up with a case study
Day 8: LinkedIn message
Day 12: Warm call
