Here's why relying on one ESP is a ticking time bomb
It's the silent killer of your deliverability
One ESP to rule them all is a death sentence for deliverability.
Reliance on a single email service provider is a silent killer of cold outreach. One sudden policy change or mass throttling - and your entire outbound engine crashes.
That’s exactly why you NEED at least 2 different Email Service Providers - diversified infrastructure isn’t optional - it’s the foundation of a resilient pipeline.
Join Frank and Dom for a tactical session on how to turn inbound speed into your next growth lever. You’ll learn how to spot bottlenecks in your funnel, assess whether your GTM motion is ready for automation, and decide when to stay manual, go blended, or hand it off to an AI agent.
They’ll also share a simple 5-point readiness check and the key metrics every growth leader should track to drive pipeline performance.
This session is built for founders, growth leaders, and RevOps teams looking to operate faster, smarter, and more proactively.
Why you MUST diversify your ESPs
1. Hedge Against Platform Risk
When you spread your sending across Gmail, Outlook, and SMTP providers, you’re not betting everything on one system. If Gmail throttles your account - your Outlook stack keeps delivering.
2. Protect your sender reputation
A sudden spike in bounces or spam complaints can tank your ESP quota. With multiple ESPs, that risk is isolated - the rest of your stack stays healthy.
3. Match Your Audience
Gmail to Gmail sends land better. Same for Outlook to Outlook. Diversifying helps align your infrastructure with your audience - and dramatically boosts inbox placement.
4. Scale without sacrifice
More volume means more domains and mailboxes. But by spreading it across ESPs, you reduce per-domain load and avoid delivering from a strained system.

Discover built-in diversification with The Forge Ecosystem
No more relying on multiple providers with multiple accounts, support tickets and invoices. The Forge Ecosystem has everything you need to build a resilient infra stack: from mainstream Google and Microsoft mailboxes, through shared set ups, all the way to custom, private infrastructure.
How to build a multi-ESP strategy that doesn't break
Step 1: Identify prospect ESPs
Use tools (like our ESP Checker) to see which ESPs your leads use. If 60% are Gmail and 40% Outlook, mimic that ratio in your stack.
Step 2: Set up at least 2 ESPs
This could be:
Gmail (Primeforge)
Outlook (Primeforge)
Private SMTP (Mailforge or Infraforge)
Step 3: Load-balance smartly
Route outreach to match infrastructure (Salesforge does this automatically):
Gmail prospects → Gmail ESPs
Outlook prospects → Outlook ESPs
Overflow or less sensitive segments → SMTP
Step 4: Rotate domains & mailboxes within each ESP
Use domain pooling and mailbox rotation so no single mailbox or domain gets overused - even within each ESP tier.
Step 5: Always have a cackup
Keep a warmed and authenticated domain/mailbox pool on each ESP - ready to swap in if any reputation starts to dip.
Frank from Salesforge and Daniel from Anybiz.io break down the silent killers of cold email performance - from mismanaged warm-up to invisible deliverability issues that tank your outreach.
You’ll learn what most teams get wrong about domain warm-up, how to spot hidden inbox problems, and what GTM leaders need to change to scale outreach reliably.
If you’re serious about making your emails land and convert, this session is a must.
One ESP is a breach waiting to happen. Diversify your stacks and build fail-safes before your deliverability falters.
If you want a blueprint for multi-ESP infrastructure - complete with rotation logic, warm backups, and ESP alignment - reply to this email. We’ll show you how to architect a system built for resilience and scale.
