I shared 3 Claude Code moves with 3 teams
All 3 changed their lead gen setup.
Claude Code is quietly becoming a lead gen tool.
Over the last few months, I have seen more SDRs, founders, and GTM operators use it for the work that usually sits across five different tabs.
Finding the right accounts.
Getting the right buying signals.
Building better lists.
Shaping the campaign.
They are describing the accounts they want, building sharper lists, and turning that into campaign logic.
Here are 3 things successful teams are doing with it.
1. Describe the account like a human
The old way: open a lead database, click through 12 filters, export, clean, dedupe.
The new way: tell Claude Code what your ideal customer looks like in plain English. "Series A SaaS companies in fintech, US-based, 20-50 employees, hiring for sales roles in the last 60 days."
It pulls the list, enriches it, and hands you something usable in minutes.
2. Look for movement
Job titles are the laziest filter. Everyone uses them. Your prospects get hit by everyone.
Better: ask Claude Code to find companies based on what they are doing. Hiring patterns. Recent funding. New product launches. Tech stack changes. Competitor mentions.
A list of 200 companies that just hired their first AE is worth more than 2,000 random VPs of Sales.
3. Give Claude Code the full outbound stack
Most people running outbound from Claude Code are paying for 4 or 5 different tools. Lead database. Enrichment. Email infrastructure. Warmup. Sequencer.
Each one is a separate subscription. Each one needs its own MCP. Each one breaks on its own schedule.
This is why we built Forge MCP. One connection for the full outbound stack. Find the leads, enrich them, send the sequence, all from the same chat.
🚀 Forge MCP

I am doing a live session with Bill Stathopoulos from SalesCaptain on how to use Clay + Claude Code for GTM.
This is what outbound looks like when the full stack runs as one system.
