Three campaigns on day one

If I had to build pipeline from zero today, I would not bet everything on one campaign or one channel.

The goal would be to move fast, with multiple multichannel campaigns running in parallel.

1. Go after competitor audiences

I would take the top 5 competitors in my market and build separate lists from their LinkedIn followers.

These people already know the category, which makes them a much stronger starting point than a broad ICP list.

2. Find unhappy competitor customers

Pick competitors with a good volume of reviews on G2 and Trustpilot and scrape their negative reviews.

From there, create a curated prospect list and build campaign around the problems people are already mentioning.

3. Build campaigns around signals

Build separate lists around signals. Start with recent funding and active hiring.

Funding means there is budget.Hiring means the team is growing and will need better tools soon.

This gives me several different bets from day one instead of waiting for broad campaign to produce pipeline.
