- Every team told me the same thing
Every team told me the same thing
I hear it in every room now
I have been travelling for the last few weeks.
Different cities. Different rooms. Same conversation with every founders and GTM teams.
“Replies are down.”
“We are sending more.”
“Meetings are harder to book.”
Then they ask what we are doing differently.
It comes down to how we run outreach.
1. We start with people who are not completely cold
I do not like starting with cold lists when a warmer list is sitting right there.
Your competitor’s followers are a strong signal.
They already follow a company solving the same problem you solve.
Some are customers.
Some are comparing tools.
Some are just watching the category.
So we start there first.
2. We warm people up before the ask
Before we send the first message, we want the name to feel familiar.
That can be:
A profile view
A real comment
A reaction to something they posted
Then the email or LinkedIn message
We are not trying to act like we know them.
We just want the first message or mail to land with some context, not cold from a name they have never seen.
3. We track every campaign and double down
The first campaign is data.
We check which list replies, which role accepts, which message starts a conversation, and which follow-up is working.
Then we cut what is weak and push what works.
That is the outreach process we follow, and this is how it runs inside Salesforge.
