1. Identify the right companies

Start by narrowing down which types of companies are the best fit for your offer.

  • Industry - What sectors are most relevant? (e.g. SaaS, eCommerce, healthcare)

  • Size - Focus on headcount or revenue ranges that make sense for your pricing model.

  • Geography - Are you targeting specific regions or time zones?

2. Pinpoint the right people

Within those companies, who actually feels the problem you solve?
