1. Identify the right companies
Start by narrowing down which types of companies are the best fit for your offer.
Industry - What sectors are most relevant? (e.g. SaaS, eCommerce, healthcare)
Size - Focus on headcount or revenue ranges that make sense for your pricing model.
Geography - Are you targeting specific regions or time zones?

2. Pinpoint the right people
Within those companies, who actually feels the problem you solve?
Titles and Roles - Go beyond the C-suite. Many purchases are initiated by mid-level managers or department heads.
Departments - Sales, Ops, HR, RevOps, Finance - your solution will likely resonate more in some than others.
Job Seniority - Are you targeting decision-makers, influencers, or implementers?
The more specific you get, the more relevant and personalized your outreach can be.

3. Find buying triggers
